A 4-color Tom Kuhn No Jive 3-in-1 Yo-Yo double wing patch. This patch was sold retail. However, to my knowledge, it was never advertised in their marketing postcards or catalog material that was mailed periodically to customers. It's unknown how customers found out about it.
There are two other versions of the same basic Tom Kuhn double wing patch design, each varying in colors and size.
