An International Duncan Sports Yo-Yo Junior licensed and sold by Tsukuda Original of Japan. Tsukuda was a doll, toy, and software maker. In 2002, Bandai bought Tsukuda Original.
This particular yo-yo is an undersized version of the Duncan Sports Yo-Yo Super (more commonly known as the Duncan Professional), also sold by Tsukuda Original. It featured the child silhouettes of a boy and girl on the face of each halve. For whatever reason, this model was never sold in the United States. Today, the yo-yo it is quite hard to find, even in Japan.
Model is likely from the early 1980s because that is when Duncan began promoting International Yo-Yoing with a special trick book and special graphics on the side of their Professional yo-yo model.
