The Vali--made by YoYo Empire of Taiwan and branded by Zeekio in the USA--is an undersized stainless steel yo-yo in a bow tie, flywheel configuration. The diameter is 3 mm larger than the HSpin x Zeekio "Little Evil 2", also a mini yo-yo. Uses a size D Konkave ball bearing axle and silicone pads for response.

The Vali is identical to YoYoEmpire's "CloudFly".

YoYo Empire is based out of China (Shenzhen Longgang district, Orbita precision equipment operators).

According to the YoYoSam website where this yo-yo was sold, this is a small yo-yo with a big heart. As such it was named "Vali" because, as we all know, Vali is a Norse god, the son of Odin, and Rindr the giantess.
