The Sleep Machine, and Roller Woody, were the first wooden bearing models from Tom Kuhn. The Sleep Machine was the most popular because of its concave shape. Bearing axle and adjustable gap, but the yo-yo had to be disassembled to adjust the gap set screws.

Pictured here is one of the later Roller Woodys, from the late 1990's. A nice mix of traditional old school looks with high tech ball bearing performance. Yes, there is a silver stripe, but striping was very light on the black ones.
