On the front of pack in tiny print it says: "The Cheerio instruction book teaches 36 yo-yo tricks". However, the pack did not describe how or where you get the book. In all likelihood, you could buy the book at the same location where you bought either the Cheerio yo-yo or the pack of strings.
This pack was made and sold in Canada because of the bilingual instructions on the back.
