Unfortunately, the pack did not describe how or where you get the book!
The Cheerio instruction book can be found in the "Memorabilia - Trick Books & Sheets" section of this museum.
This pack was most likely made and sold in Canada because of the bi-lingual instructions on the back.
Compare this version with the Cheerio Super Twist string pack (3 strings for 10¢) and the Cheerio Big C string pack (2 strings for 10¢).
