From superimpulse.com:
"The Original and best-selling Duncan Imperial Yo-Yo of all time is now available in the world’s smallest size ever!
A timeless favorite, the Imperial has been the yo-yo choice for many generations of beginning yo-yo players. Perform tricks, flips, loops and more!

World’s Smallest Duncan Imperial Yo-Yo measures 38mm in diameter and is available in translucent blue, green, and red.
The perfect Easter basket stuffer, stocking stuffer, party favor and more! Fun for all ages, recommended for ages 6 and up."

The yo-yo was made by Duncan and licensed for sale by Super Impulse USA under their World's Smallest brand. Uses a fixed axle design and cannot be taken apart. The length of the cotton string is approximately 46cm.

While this yo-yo is the smallest Duncan Imperial yo-yo in the world, the title for smallest production yo-yo in the world currently belongs to the Japanese yo-yo brand Sturm Panzer and its release of the SS-001 Mini Panzer 2 (17.73mm diameter). An even smaller yo-yo exists: the Sturm Panzer Secret Prototype 2020 at 10.97mm diameter! However, that yo-yo was never put into full production.
