A black, plastic yo-yo shaped like a bowling ball with tiny finger holes that are painted white.
.
This second version from late 1964 has AMF Duncan Bowling Ball Yo-Yo Return Top printed on the saddle card. One halve is molded with "Duncan" and "Bo-Yo", however the lettering is painted white. The opposite side has a horizontal row of three small dots, "Amflite", the AMF (American Machine and Foundry) logo, and the words "Bowling Balls" molded into the halve and painted white. Three "finger holes" are also molded into the halve and also painted white. Some were made without the painted finger holes. Unlike the first version of this bowling ball that came out in early 1964, this version did not include a separate yo-yo trick sheet and bowling tips sheet. A stock number of 2100 was printed on the card.

Compare with the following:
• Early 1964 first version called the "AMF Bo-Yo".
• Later 1964 version with finger holes that are not painted white.
• Later 1964 version with finger holes painted white.
