The 15 Trick Hi-Ker Award patch was given to kids who had already earned the 8 Trick Hi-Ker Award patch, then successfully passed-off all seven different yo-yo tricks in front of a Hi-Ker (or Cheerio?) demonstrator. After you were given the award, you could continue practicing until you could pass-off the remaining seven tricks (22 tricks total). It's not clear whether you were awarded a 22 trick award patch or the Junior Instructor patch.
Hi-Ker was the unpromoted yo-yo product line from Cheerio. They originally began manufacturing yo-yos in 1931 on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.
