The Duncan Butterfly-configured yo-yo return top from the early 1960s. The halves were made of clear Tenite plastic molded with colored foil bits including crescent moon shapes. The side logos were different on each side, and the clear plastic caps were printed in reverse on the inside to protect the logos from wear. The caps are concave inwards, giving the yo-yo a unique feel.

Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color aired on NBC television from 1961 through 1969. Today, we think nothing of color television, but back then it was exciting, new advancement in broadcast television. The first color episode of the series, titled An Adventure in Color/Mathmagicland featured the Disney character Ludwig Von Drake explaining the principles of color.
