The Yomega Sunshine Yo-Yo, first released in 1989, was also known as the Touch Me Yo-Yo. It was a fixed, metal axle yo-yo with a plastic body, and a heat sensitive disc in the middle of the face of each halve. Similar to mood rings from the mid 70s, when you touched the disc with a finger, the disc changed different colors depending on how warm or cool your finger was.

Like the Yomega Twin Trik, this model was very short-lived, relative to the rest of Yomega's product line of hugely successful transaxle and ball bearing yo-yos.

The price sticker on the back of the bubble card indicates "2/91"; February/1991.

Original retail price: $3 US.
