This is a rare prototype of a BC Spitfire shaped laminate yo-yo with the Tom Kuhn Roller Woody/Sleep Machine bearing seat and a Mandala/Sleep Machine etching. It is a bit of a Frankenstein's monster of a yo-yo, but it is amazingly playable.

It is estimated that six prototypes of this model were made.

The body of the yo-yo is cut from the same tooling used for the BC Spitfire, but the axle is of the adjustable ball-bearing variety found in TK Sleep Machines and Roller Woodies. To make it a little more interesting still, the aluminum plugs in each half are modified from the stock plugs found in Sleep Machine/Roller Woody. The plugs are champfered at an angle.
