A YoYoFactory Legend Wing yo-yo laser engraved with a chameleon and JWYOYO (Justin Weber YoYo). I believe the name of the yo-yo is the JWYOYO Classic Wooden Yo-yo, but may also be called the wooden Chameleon.
The Legend Wing by itself retails for $15 US. However, this yo-yo, with the engraving on both sides, was selling for $35. Then it got slashed to $25 US. It was sold through an Indiegogo campaign known as The Chameleon Yo-Yo (last accessed July 10, 2020).
The official description from the campaign's webpage read:
"This wooden yo-yo produced by YoyoFactory features a laser-engraved JWYOYO design. Start your journey of becoming a yo-yo master with this yo-yo, or simply add to your collection. Functional. Gorgeous. Classic. • Lacquer coating for a smooth, glossy finish. • Only 50 in existence. Be one of the few to own it!

The yo-yo actually shipped July, 2018 and without a box (I added the box myself; it's the same original box that the Legend Wing ships in direct from YoYoFactory). Note, also, that it was not finished with lacquer as the description claimed.
