Mark "Gonz" Gonzales (a professional skater) teamed up with world yo-yo champion Hiroyuki Suzuki (his company is Freshthings) for a odd collaborative yo-yo design. The responsive yo-yo, available in red and yellow plastic versions with black imprint, is manufactured by Medicom Toy. It was first made available April 27, 2018 and was sold and shipped, initially, only in Japan. However, the International version of the Japanese Freshthings website began to sell the yo-yo. It was also sold through the Japanese websites of Rakuten, Yahoo, and CJ Mart by way of the medicomtoy.co.jp website.

Yo-yo finish is matte. One side features an angel figure. The outer perimeter on both sides bears the heart-warming and uplifting sentiment–in mixed casing no less–"IF YOU Need YOUR ASS kick STEP STEP DOWN" in (poor) English, along with Gonzales’ nickname and his minuscule signature. The angel drawing and written wording on the yo-yo look like they were created by an 8 year old.

The yo-yo itself can use either a Size C ball bearing axle or a half-spec bearing. The yo-yo came stock with an installed half-spec bearing so you could play it like a tradition yo-yo. Uses an M4 x 10 mm axle.

Original retail price: $30
