Based on the stock number and its price, this is a later model Duncan Tournament (sometimes known as a crossed-flags Tournament), probably from around 1964-65.
Yo-yo has a fairly nice seal that is mostly complete except for the ring that goes around the stamp. The ring is slightly incomplete.
Light green halves and an off-centered white stripe that may or may not have been intentional.

-Duncan Tournament - No. 77, 49 cents. Note that there was no offer on the back of the card for a Duncan yo-yo trick book, possibly suggesting that this is a very early Tournament model.
