A BC "Classic" wooden yo-yo that was sold at the 1999 US National yo-yo competition in Chico, California.
Has two different iridescent logos stamped on it. On one side is stamped the 1999 National Yo-Yo Contest logo encircled with "America's Top Players Windup In Chico". The opposite side is stamped with the BC Yo-Yo logo and "Tom Kuhn" in it.
A limited edition yo-yo that is hard to find now.
Buyer beware: Some sellers at auction have been known to sell a cheaper BC/What's Next yo-yo in a 1999 National Contest-branded package, passing it off as a genuine 1999 National Contest yo-yo. If the yo-yo does not look like the one pictured above, either the seller is naive or deliberately trying to deceive a buyer with a high starting bid or Buy It Now price. Always check that the packaging and yo-yo match!
