A tin Genuine Duncan Whistling Yo-Yo, three-color swirl design, probably from the early to mid 1930s. Note the "PAT. PEND." designation above the logo and "REG. U.S. PAT OFF." below the logo. Beautiful design.

The Kansas City Journal-Post from Friday, June 23, 1933, included a picture of a Duncan tin whistler calling it the "99" and described it as a "Master Musical Model - Hums--Sings--Whistles - 20 cents".
