9.8 is a yo-yo company in Russia that designs plastic and metal yo-yos (manufactured in China), both low-end and high-end, all very good quality. The 9.8 Item was the result of interviews and prototype tests from May, 2011 by players in a competitive yo-yo league in Moscow. Very nice anodized finish.
The Item is similar in body shape to the MagicYoYo T6, Auldey Pegasus Arrow, and YoYoFactory Boss. Came packaged with one polyester string and a velour 9.8-branded drawstring storage pouch. Body is metal and uses CBC slim pads (also known as K-pads) for response. Ball bearing axle is size C, v-cave.
