An officially licensed plastic, fixed axle Doraemon yo-yo manufactured by Epoch Co., Ltd. and distributed/sold by Eiko Co. Ltd. of Tokyo for the Japanese market. An unusual profile that is reminiscent of what a butterfly-shaped Jack Russell yo-yo might look like.
The yo-yo is likely from the late 2000s, about 2007-2009. I base that on the Doraemon logo/art style on the card front which is the post-2005 refresh. And, the ShoPro red oval licensing sticker match mid to late 2000s packaging.
