Side A features Tsukki (water), one of four Snowlet mascots of the 1998 Winter Olympics held in Nagano, Japan. Tsukki is depicted with a determined look on its face, showcasing the Snowboard event. Side B features the emblem of the XVIII Olympic Winter Games in 1998.

The yo-yo is quite similar to the Duncan Professional model.
