From yoyorewind.com:
"Caribou Lodge Yo-Yo Works' Minitee in Sarsaparilla color.

Looks like a tube. An undersized wide model with width greater than diameter.

CLYW trick innovator Riccardo Fraolini's signature CLYW model Manatee is now available in a pocket size.
Although the diameter of this version was reduced to 44mm, the width was widened to 50mm. Many string trick yo-yos look wider than they are in diameter due to an optical illusion, but this Minitee is actually wider than it is.

At the moment of throw, it looks like an undersized yo-yo. However, once in sleep, the width of the yo-yo lets you string it or place it on a string as if it were a full-size yo-yo. The small diameter also makes it easy to perform chop stick tricks such as sewing between the fingers.

The width is small, but the diameter is quite small, so it can be quickly slipped into a pocket. You can carry the unique feeling anywhere and enjoy it anywhere."
