Yo-Bonic's Ben the Dog with Bone fixed, brass axle yo-yo with the same profile as a YoYoFactory ProYo (black rims). The artwork in both side caps was created by Sam Day. The yo-yo was "For walkin' yo dog." There were four different collector editions of "Ben the Dog" yo-yos in this series (one of four different Ben the Dog side cap designs and one of four different Ben the Dog comics on the back of the saddle card). Yo-Bonics touted that there would be four collector's editions per year but that never occurred. The Ben the Dog series was the first and last. Sam Day was also responsible for the artwork on the Yo-Bonic Presidential Blo-Yo of the United States yo-yo.

Yo-Bonic was based out of Seattle, Washington. Maria Carilao, the president and "CE-Yo" of Yo-Bonic stills owns the yobonic domain name, despite the 404 website.
