An all-white version of the Freehand 2, along with an all-white version of the Freehand counter-weight character head of the "Duncan Flying Panda". Side cap features the Freehand logo in color. Used a size A ball bearing axle.

By this time in the Freehand's production history, Duncan began producing some Freehands that no longer had the character counter-weights painted as seen in Duncan Freehand Zero version from the mid twenty aughts.

This version included one set of spacers. When installed it slightly increased the width of the string gap making the yo-yo dead response. Also included a yo-yo trick CD-ROM.

Yo-Yo was covered by US patent 6371824 and US patent 5769686.
