The Great White Shark was created as a special version of the Spintastics TigerShark. Tiger Shark body was fitted with two bearings, and special side caps. The two bearings widened the gap and fixed the string to the center of the bearing, making for more unresponsive play.
There have been many releases of this model with different side caps and in different colors. Early versions used the starburst response, and later starburst were covered with friction stickers, like this one.
