Roy Rogers and Dale Evans released a yo-yo in the early 50's called the Round Up King Yo-Yo made by All Western Plastics. Most collectors are familiar with that item. But this patch is a very unusual one.
The patch was to be awarded to girls at one of their contests; a similar "Roy Rogers Round Up King" patch was awarded to boys. A very interesting cross collectible patch. It's unclear whether these contests ever occurred, because the Round Up King Yo-Yo was never released.
