The Spingear Spin Gadget - Crystal in clear red. Looks just like a cherry Jolly Rancher candy.
This version is a new high-end model based on Spingear’s standard product, the Spin Gadget. While maintaining the original silhouette, the overall width has been significantly expanded from 39mm to 45mm.
The yo-yo features a size D bearing with an M3.5 axle, and uses small diameter pads. The aluminum hub is designed without nuts, which enhances embedding strength during the injection molding process.
Designed to cater to beginners while still being enjoyable for advanced players, this model also supports popular DNA tricks in 2024. It is compatible with the 48mm Spin Gadget genuine side cap, allowing for customization. Any vibration (or wobble) experienced when using a different side cap was not covered under warranty, as it is considered a modification.
The yo-yo came standard with a 4mm wide bearing for pull-back play but could be converted to a dead-response, bind yo-yo by switching to a concave size, D bearing.
The Spin Gadget Crystal delivered the enjoyment of a lightweight, size D bind yo-yo at a very affordable price. In cases of vibration (sometimes known as wobble or blurring), this effect may be due to the hub parts not being perfectly aligned. This issue could be resolved by carefully tightening the halves further, though care needed to be taken to avoid over-tightening and potentially damaging the yo-yo.
