The limited edition Spingear Spin Gadget - 2024 Asahikawa Yo-Yo Contest. It was produced as a novelty item for the Asahikawa Yo-Yo Contest, a valuable tournament for Hokkaido volunteers hosted by veteran Hokkaido player Teruo Kameya.
