The Hyper Yo-Yo Starter Set - Duncan was a popular yo-yo set released in Japan by Bandai in September 2010. The set was designed for beginners to intermediate. The yo-yos included were popular models that balanced ease of use with the ability to help you perform a variety of tricks, making it ideal for those new to yo-yoing. The set also provided instructions and tips to help users get started and improve their skills.

The set included the following:

• 1x Hyper Yo-Yo Duncan Woodbullet with solid white body with wood transaxle sleeve. (US equivalent was the Duncan ProYo)
• 1x Hyper Yo-Yo Duncan Flamewing with solid white body with ball bearing axle and cork pad response. (US equivalent was the Duncan DragonFly) with
• 1x Duncan yo-yo storage case
• 1x Duncan yo-yo carrier
• 1x Hyper Yo-Yo Trick DVD featuring trick from Basic, Super, and Hyper levels.
