About the 2024 World Yo-Yo Contest
The 2024 World Yo-Yo Contest was held July 31–August 3 in Cleveland, Ohio, bringing the international yo-yo community back to the United States. Mir Kim (sponsored by YoYoFactory) won the premier 1A division, continuing his run as one of the sport's most dominant and talented modern players. Other world champions included Arata Imai in 2A, Hajime Miura in 3A, Kaoru Nakamura in 4A, and Sora Ishikawa in 5A.
