Six Genuine Duncan Beginner fixed axle wooden yo-yos in a rare Butterfly configuration. The blister card came with six yo-yos, one red, blue, orange, green, black, and purple. Side A featured gold stamp of "Genuine Beginners Yo-Yo Reg.US Pat Off Duncan". Side B featured a gold stamp of happy birthday in script surrounded by nine stars.
