Essentially, a plastic, fixed wooden axle Duncan ProYo model with glow in the dark body. The side cap featured a full side view of Mach 5, the race car used by Speed Racer in the anime series by the same name.
This yo-yo came out in 2008, but Duncan's own 2008 toy catalog makes no mention of this obscure series.
Covered by US patent 5769686 for a "Yo-yo having an improved axle and insert retainer".
