Festival's Official NHL Hockey Puck Yo-Yo. Made by Union Wadding Co., of Pawtucket, Rhode Island (their "UW" logo is on the card back). The yo-yo sports a paper sticker for the Vancouver Canucks. Their classic "stick-in-rink" crest was used on the team's jerseys from 1970-1978.
The mail-in coupon on the back for Bob Rule's Yo-Yo Secrets booklet expired Sept. 30, 1973, which dates this carded yo-yo to 1972–1973 (early 1970s NHL-licensed run).
The novelty yo-yo itself featured a "Puck" profile with two black plastic halves forming a short cylinder to mimic a hockey puck. Fixed-axle, with traditional, original response for string trick play.
