Plastic Duncan Freehand One - USA! 2023 yo-yo with medium blue body, and white side caps that featured a bald eagle head wearing sunglasses and red and blue feathers.
This edition came in a clear plastic rectangular box packaging with the cardboard Duncan-branded sleeve over the plastic box. It only came with one neon yellow string inside a small paper box. No extra friction stickers or string, and no counterweight.
The eagle logo is a reprint of the Duncan Freehand One - USA! that was first released at the 2022 National Yo-Yo Contest.

You can easily distinguish a Freehand One 2023 from a vintage Freehand model. The 2023 version has an alpha quality control code -- as do all Duncan yo-yos made today -- printed on the face of one side cap.
