Essentially, a plastic, fixed wooden axle Duncan ProYo model with glow in the dark body. The side cap features the main characters from the popular Japanese anime series Speed Racer. Surrounding the main protagonist on the side cap -- Speed Racer -- are the following characters from left to right:
• Pops Racer
• Chim-Chim
• Spritle Racer
• Sparky
• Mom Racer
• Trixie
• Racer X
This yo-yo came out in 2008, but Duncan's 2008 toy catalog makes no mention of this obscure series.
Covered by US patent 5769686 for a "Yo-yo having an improved axle and insert retainer".
