Yuzuki Yukari is a Japanese vocal synthesizer character developed by Vocalomakets, a creative group operated by Bumpy Factory Co., Ltd. She was initially released in December 2011 for the VOCALOID3 engine. Her voice is provided by the Japanese voice actress Chihiro Ishiguro.
