The DeVaL is a boutique mini yo-yo released in 2021 by PlayExcess (aka PlayXS) based out of Los Angeles, California. PlayExcess is run by Leum Kerzic, 12726 Venice Blvd. #10, Los Angeles, CA 90066

"The DeVaL is an old school yo-yo shape with modern technology. Yo-yo's have changed a lot in the past couple decades. We designed the DeVaL to have the vibe of early 2000's while using today's standards for a response system. Each one is made out of high quality Delrin plastic and 6061 aluminum. The yo-yo features a silky smooth Delrin body for smooth grinds, aluminum spikes on the axle and has outer edge grooves for thumb grinding. If you miss the old school feel yo-yos then the DeVaL is for you!"
