I'm pretty sure this one is also an Skon mod from Japan. Similar to another exhibit at the museum. Different colored weight rings and side caps though.

The halves are "bionic", or swirled grey metallic, with Black standard Zero caps. Very striking combination. If you look at the response view, you will also notice that the halves were machined around the bearing to recess stickers. Also, look closely between the side caps and body of the the yo-yo.
Notice the thin weight rings between body and side cap. Amazing workmanship and a beautiful thing too.
