The Speeder was a long produced model from Yoyojam, unlike many of their other models. They began in 2003, but this is a later one from around 2006 and 2007. The response system was changed as YYJ evolved, and this one has the later double O-Ring response. Yes, those are actual rubber O-Rings.
This is a Signature Model from Hiroyuki Suzuki, the 2003 Japan National Champion. Take apart design, bearing axle, adjustable gap, and weight rings for long spins. And of course the well known composite plastic to metal weight ring body design.
