The Storm Tiger Ninteiten SE is a small ball bearing (size K) yo-yo. The model in this exhibit was a special edition Ninteiten color release. (That is, a white edition sold exclusively at Hyper Yo-Yo certified stores in Japan). The colors of the regular release were translucent yellow or green bodies with black side caps and white imprint; solid red bodies with black side caps and white imprint; or solid black rims with black side caps and gold imprint.
This yo-yo is identical to the Yomega Raider, but rebranded for Bandai's Hyper Yo-Yo product lineup in 2010.
Came with a user's manual for care and some simple tricks. With this yo-yo you could use it to obtain official Hyper Yo-Yo Certification at a qualified shop in Japan.
