A re-release of Once Upon a Tree's popular "Cheap Thrills" model, "Calavera Edition". The first release of this edition was January 8, 2016. The second release was December 21, 2016. The first and second releases are indistinguishable.
A wooden butterfly shaped yo-yo (wood type unknown) with a fixed axle. Two red, multi-faceted "jewels" are used for the skull's eyes. They contrast well with the black background and white skull and cross bones. Calavera is Spanish for skull. Total production numbers are unknown but it was very limited quantities (less than 20 I believe) for both the first and second releases.
Once Upon a Tree has not updated their Facebook page since July, 2018. It is likely that they are no longer around.
