A special glow-in-the-dark release of the Yomega Fireball from Bandai Hyper Yo-Yo and released during HyperGames Summer Tour of 1999. White (glow) body with pink, gold, and white sidecaps. A hard to find item in the US because it was branded and sold exclusively for the Japanese market.

The Bandai Hyper Games Summer Tour of 1999 was a skill toy competition sponsored by Bandai. The competitions were held in numerous prefectures, cities, and parks throughout Japan. The "Summer Tour" name was a bit of a misnomer; the tour started in August, 1999 and finished in November, 1999. The contests included a small team of demonstrators from their respective skill toy specialty. You could compete in various skill toy categories including the Jitter Ring, Yo-Yo, Diabolo, Fingerboard, and a triathlon of Yo-Yo, Jitter Ring, and Diabolo combined. The tour also included jump rope and boomer rang demonstrations. This early marketing and promotion by Bandai became the seedbed for some of the best yo-yo players in the world by 2017.

(The center of the sidecap on the yo-yo appears smudged. In reality, it's the outside of the plastic packaging that is scratched.)
