9.8 is a yo-yo company in Russia that designs plastic and metal yo-yos (manufactured in China), both low-end and high-end, all very good quality. The 9.8 Item was the result of interviews and prototype tests from May 2011 by players in a competitive yo-yo league in Moscow. Has a nice anodized finish.
The Item is similar in body shape to the MagicYoYo T6, Auldey Pegasus Arrow, and YoYoFactory Boss. Came packaged with one polyester string and a velour 9.8-branded drawstring storage pouch. Body is metal and uses CBC slim pads (also known as K-pads) for response. Ball bearing axle is size C, v-cave.
