"No Brainer" pin from What's Next manufacturing. These pins were handed out during the New York Toy Fair 1999--the height of the yo-yo boom at the end of the 20th century.
This pin targeted the popular Yomega "Brain" yo-yo that had a clutch system built-in so the yo-yo would return automatically to the player's hand. BC yo-yos were fixed axle and required a tug on the string to get the yo-yo to return. What's Next and Yomega were competitors at the time.
