The NorthStar from YoYoFactory is arguably their most powerful plastic yo-yo. Designed using the classic shape YYF is known for when talking about plastic yo-yos, the NorthStar has a wide gap and a steep taper on the side wall. The result is a large catch zone which is easy to hit. In addition to the weight rings, the NorthStar has weighted protruding center caps which further focus the weight on the rims. The NorthStar comes with a Center Trac bearing and CBC response pads.
The ShaqlerStar edition Northstar - pays homage to the 2010 world champions from Team Shaqler who integrated both 1A and 2A in a performance that was exciting and worthy of a World Champions title.
