The Lab Experiment #1 was a small run of prototypes made during the development of the One Drop Dietz. While it was rejected as a full production model, One Drop decided to make them available as a collectors item. The Lab Experiment #1 plays differently from the Dietz, weighing slightly more and having a different shaped catch zone.
