This string pack was manufactured by Parker Brothers Company. Parker Brothers bought National Yo-Yo in 1978.

Nearly identical to the "3 strings for 10 cents" pack and the "2 strings for 15 cents" pack both made by the same company but released at different times.
Surface texture of the paper used for this pack is like lizard skin; pebbled and slightly bumpy.
