The Museum of Yo-Yo History is a labor of love, and we would not be able to stay up-to-date with exhibits without the support of our sponsors and curators. Big thanks go to One Drop Design and Duncan for supplying us with their latest models, YoYoExpert for their help and support, and to Cody Orr, TotalArtist and YoYoBrothers™ for allowing us to use their collections!

Sold by Canada Games Company Limited of Concord, Ontario Canada but made in Sweden. Glossy red. Canada Games went bankrupt in 1997. The yo-yos are now sold under a different name in Canada. The halves on this model are slightly more rounded than the Olympic version from the 1980s and the string gap is very narrow. A classic yo-yo shape.

Used a fixed, polished wooden axle, with solid maple body halves. A nice, complete gold stamp on the face. Model is from around 1993-1997.

Canada Games sold yo-yos in Canada from roughly 1986-1997.

Original retail price: $4 CAD.
