The Museum of Yo-Yo History is a labor of love, and we would not be able to stay up-to-date with exhibits without the support of our sponsors and curators. Big thanks go to One Drop Design and Duncan for supplying us with their latest models, YoYoExpert for their help and support, and to Cody Orr, TotalArtist and YoYoBrothers™ for allowing us to use their collections!

The No Jive Rainbow is a relatively rare variation of the popular No Jive 3-in-1 yo-yo. Made of laminated and glued strips of multi-colored wood, it bears a strong resemblance to Brad Countryman's popular Rainbow and Trickster yo-yo's. The laminated wood is denser and heavier than the standard maple releases, resulting in a very smooth and solid spin. This version came in Butterfly configuration, with a holographic stamp.

It was a special release, sold only at Dave's Skill Toys online store. David Hall came up with the idea for this release, and only 100 were made of the "Rainbow" edition No Jive.

At first these were going to carry the standard No Jive Special Logo, but David pursuaded Tom Kuhn to make a special logo with "Rainbow" just for this release, and use only Rainbow logo foil to impress the logos, although most of the logos were blue and purple foil .
