Part of the Hummingbird Oh!Zone line, these were a mass market success, available in major chain stores like Toys R Us. The tops were wooden tops with plastic tips. Very well balanced. Neon colors were splash painted, as with all the items in the Oh!Zone line.

The Oh!Zone line of toys were featured in the first Ninja Turtle movie, a great promotion for Hummingbird.
