Early 1970s. Printed price of 59 cents on the card itself. Duncan Beginner undersized yo-yo in green plastic with yellow sticker on one side with the Duncan Yo-Yo Man standing, throwing a yo-yo. His green shirt says "Duncan®" and below his feet it says "Beginner Yo-Yo". Front and back of card is identical but it does not have the Duncan Yo-Yo Man printed anywhere on the card.

Compare with Duncan Junior - No. 3261 from 1972 and with Duncan Beginner - No. 3263 from 1968.
